Healthy York County is a group made up of many organizations who strive to make York County in southern Maine a better place to live, work and play. 

We are led by the three Healthy Maine Partnerships in York County:

1. Choose To Be Healthy of York Hospital
2. Partners for Healthier Communities at Goodall Hospital
3. Coastal Healthy Communities Coalition at UNE
   

We are also supported by many, many partners throughout the County.

Our current work is focused on assessing the health of York County residents.  We are doing this through a process called Mobilizing for Action Through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP).  To read the Health of York County Report, visit our Community Health Assessment page.
